How do I know my size?
Here is the size chart for our shoes:
There may be a size discrepancy owing to type of shoe, but the discrepancy will be very minimal. In case the shoe doesn't fit, we will gladly replace it within seven days of purchase. Check below for our replacement policy.

How do I order?
Once you've chosen the shoes you want from our Shop, click "Purchase" and you will be directed to a form where you will need to fill in your shipping details. Kindly indicate your size and preferred color (if available in the photo gallery) in the comments box of the form.
How do I pay?
You can send your payment to our Gcash number or to our BDO savings account. The invoice and payment details shall be immediately emailed to you once you send your order using our shopping cart system. Please check your inbox for the information.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is absolutely free within the Philippines! Whether you're in Manila or the provinces, we willl ship the shoes at no cost. The courier we use is Xend.
When will you ship the shoes?
We will ship the shoes once you have paid for them. Please try to send your payment before 2:00 PM for same-day shipping.
Do you ship to my area?
If you're anywhere in the Philippines, yes we do! However, we don't ship to international locations.
When will my package arrive?
Please wait 2-3 business days for your items to arrive on your shipping address.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
We guarantee that all items we ship out are in good condition. Thus, once the items are shipped from our end, we are no longer liable for damage or loss of items since that is already the responsibility of the courier service. We will not refund damaged or lost packages. We advise that you insure your item (at extra cost) to prevent this complication
How long will you reserve the item/s I want to buy?
Upon clicking Purchase and filling up the order form, we will hold your desired item/s for the next three business days. We will ship once you have sent us the payment within that time period. If you haven't sent the payment within three days, we will re-list the item, rendering your reservation void.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Do you accept returns?
We will accept returns with reasonable cause and within seven days from the time you receive the item/s.
Do you refund payments?
Payments will not be reimbursed in cash, but we will offer store credit equivalent to your order.
